Re: i feel like i can't go on ----- From: InSearchOf - Date: 09 Nov 1997
Betty, I have crossed the same thoughts at times in my life, and more so now than ever before. In fact, when speaking to my wife in the first few hours of our stuggle with our marriage and her affair, the outlet of suicide came up. In our deepest moment of tears and confusion we both looked at each other and said "This is NOT an option" It will eliminate any chance of a "way back", (which I think for us is not possible), but even more so, WE WOULD LEAVE OUR CHILDREN WIHTOUT ANYONE TO GUIDE THEM, LOVE THEM AND NOURISH THEM. AN OPTION FOR "IM OUTTA HERE" DOES NOT EXIST. IT CANNOT AND WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. WE MUST ENDURE, FOR EACH OF OUR OWN SAKES.
Betty, Look deep, and feel the good in you. The fact that you are writing to us, shows your need to survive. Let those feelings guide you. Let the fact that you seek someone to share your pain with, as your inner most need to survive (The deepest human emotion...SURVIVAL), and use those instincts to stay the course. Try very hard, look very deep and you will see that there are many who would be left behind, never to understand why "she left us"? Our freinds and loved ones, never...NEVER understand.
Stength honey, ya gotta show us your deepest strength, and we will support you with ours.
TRY, TRY harder than ever before... We want you to, we need you to.
Big hugs and tender smiles to you...Betty. InSearchOf
