Apparantly, you see verbal abuse as something that some men "do" because it is a trait of men. You don't even consider that there may be another problem, perhaps medical. If a person is given the chance to explore their problem and its treatments, and they don't, fine. Dump em'. But if you just plain dump em', and you love them, then go blow smoke in a cancer victim's face.
