First of all, I am not going to get on your case because it appears that you feel bad enough. However, I urge you to never ever do that again. I think it is very very important to be upfront and honest with anyone you choose to sleep with. I would imagine you would want that same honesty in return.....so....you need to be upfront BEFORE you have sex and trust in Spirit that whatever happens is for the greatest good.

Second of all, it appears (because I have been there) that your SO is just mirroring YOUR intimacy issues. My whole life I have had intimacy issues and so I attracted people into my life who mirrored just that. I felt abandoned, etc. etc. etc. However it isn't about them, it is about us! Read "He's Scared, She's Scared" and I don't have the author on me - sorry. But it is a good book and explains how and why we attract people into our lives - because of OUR fear of intimacy and commitement - he is just mirroring you!

So what can you do? By the way, for more information, you can read a post that I wrote to eml. Okay so what can you do? You can feel! You can feel your abandonment, your rejection, feel it all and allow it all to come up. Then make a vow to yourself that YOU will not abandon YOU anymore!!! You can do healing work, work on loving you, appreciating you, accepting you! You can do this by prayer, affirmations and meditation. You need to really FEEL and allow all of your feelings to come up - it is healing and releasing when we do this. These feelings were ALREADY in you - this partner just allowed them to come up! Give thanks for him for giving you this opportunity to heal and release certain issues you no longer choose to have in your life.

You have an opportunity to heal and to grow. If you choose to ignore it, you may attract it again at a later time. It is time to love you - appreciate you - accept you. It is time to affirm to yourself that you will not abandon you again. Fill yourself up with the bright love energy and feel the presence of Spirit moving within your being!

Okay, I'm getting ahead of myself. I will stop now. My fingers started going and this is what came out. You can take it or chuck it. My thoughts and prayers are with you!!!!!
