Re: Can fall out of love because of " I don't know" (wolfie) ----- From: kim (wolfie) - Date: 02 Dec 1997
Hi Diane,
I do feel it can be done - you are obviously living proof and others as well!!! For me, my situation was a little different. What that person did for me was allow me to see what I was attracting into my life and why. For me he was kind of a symbol of the old and I was choosing the knew - the unknown - I was choosing love.
This musician seemed very very into me in the beginning and then he grew distant and wanted to just "see what happens." Then after we met, he said some things and I got warning bells! It was a lifetime pattern for me - a LOT of abandonment issues came out and I felt so much pain - pain of everything - my whole life - my childhoood! It was a freeing experience! I think we can take EVERY experience and turn it into a postive one - ask ourselves what we are feeling and really feel the feelings - allow the pain to come up and out and free oneself from the pain that binds us.
My higher self also intervened - my higher self sent me my present partner. I chose Love. I chose MUTUAL commitment and growth. I chose not to settle for less!!!!!!!! We really can have what we want but lots of people settle for less - they don't know how to RECEIVE - to accept incredible Love and so many accept what they think they deserve and it's not much.
Anyway, I think ANY partnership CAN work! But I feel it takes two. Diane, have you ever read the new book out by Kenny Loggins. It is called The Unimaginable Life by Kenny and Julia Loggins. As you know, he is a musician! What an incredible book!!!!! I read it myself and now my partner and I are reading it together and having a lot of fun and gaining a lot of insight together reading it. I would suggest the book to any couple!
Best wishes - by the way, I LOVE reading your posts!!!!!!
love, kim
