RRRR-Owwwww! Ooh. The truth to us can be such a slap in the face. Maybe this is where one journey ends and another begins. We all need to grow and accept certain things like being able to be ourselves without inhibition, and at the same time allow others to their right to speak no matter how wrong it is. We're all so different and have so much to offer. We're all somewhere different in our recovery too. The ones who are far ahead of me may look at where I am in my growth as a painful experience. I know I do. It's hard not to look over your shoulder when experiences of the past are daily reminders. It will be outgrown or accepted eventually. AFFIRMATION!! :-)

This session has been SO enlightening to me. I really was able to connect with the thoughts and feelings that were expressed. I learned the most from in this session from guess who...ME. From the very beginning to now. HOWEVER, there's no way I would have DISCOVERED the LESSON today had it not been for all of you.

I have to go pick splinters out of my butt now.
