Stop beating a dead horse. You can't MAKE a relationship work - it takes two. He obviously wants to end it and you might as well also. You sound like a very desireable woman to me. I am sure there are lots of men who would like to be in a serious relationship with you. I know the thought of doing the single thing can be scary, but you must move on. If you decide to stay in that new city, get involved in it. Take a night-school course or play volleyball at the local university. You have to disconnect that relationship and go out and meet new people. I know what you're thinking, "Its easy for you to say". Actually, I am in a very similiar predicament. I have moved to a new city and really only know my ex. I do not want to move back home - that would be a step back in my life and we must trudge onward.
