Thanks for your reply. That was very helpful. And I will be looking into a therapist with sliding scale (what a great idea) very soon.

To put your mind at ease, the "risk" I spoke of is purely embarassment and probably some harsh words. No one is in any phisical danger, but it would be uncomfortable for a few people if some of my habits were public knowledge. Plus - what a waste of time, right?
