Had to respond. This time with your father can be a most miraculous time for you. As we know, the pain of loss can also transport us to peace of acceptance--but we must go through the pain. My father died when I was 6 (heart attack-I found his body and was with him for several hours alone). I miss my father, so so deeply, and would have loved to have the opportunity you do, to COMMUNICATE with him, more closely than perhaps ever... I will think of you (read my post under Infidelity, if you like, about this loss) aching
