I agree! I, too, am experiencing feelings where I am just overloaded with thoughts...mostly blaming myself for things I am unable to control. I also realized that while pulling myself away from my family, I was also pulling myself away from God. A great light has come and pulled me towards the right path once more. I feel now I am better equipped to handle an issue that I wanted to resolve for days.
